Overview
Sailor Hengtong Marine was established in Singapore in 2024 to bring the management of the group's owned tonnage in-house and to build a third-party management business alongside it.
The company manages eight vessels totalling 398,300 deadweight tonnes across dry bulk, product tanker and container feeder segments, employs 268 seafarers directly, and operates a certified safety management system audited to the ISM Code and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
For Sailor Capital the holding does two things: it gives us direct operating control over the technical condition and operating cost of our own ships, and it generates fee income that is uncorrelated with freight rates.
