Phase two of the group's residential joint venture on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard has topped out, with all eight low-rise blocks structurally complete and fit-out beginning this quarter.
The programme remains on schedule for handover in 2027 and within the construction budget approved by both joint venture partners. Phase one, completed in 2025, is now 92% sold, with the balance held back deliberately for the fit-out show units.
